Hedley International Emirates Contracting LLC was founded in the United Arab Emirates in 1978 by our Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Al Refaey, as a general contracting establishment. Currently Hedley International Emirates Contracting operates in the UAE and internationally as a General Civil Engineering contracting company with participation in PPP, EPC, BOOT and DBOO projects and concessions.

Hedley International Emirates Contracting LLC is the main subsidiary of Hedley International Group. Our contracting unit has experienced tremendous growth between 2004 and 2007. Our unparallel commitment to delivering solutions, quality, and on-time projects has resulted in increased demand for our services. Current project value is approximately AED 4 billion.
